Big thanks to Billy Jam for including my photos in his article of this years NYC DMC Regional, he’s one of the few REAL writers who follows these sort of events, besides being a true music lover himself. We need more people like him who exactly care about the music they write about.by

First off, I would like to say Big ups to DJ Dwells (and DJ Dirty Digits & Scratch Academy NYC) for getting this interview with ABC World News. The second thing that I’d like to add is that ABC World News needs to do some fact checking, this type of DJing has been around since the 70s. They have presented it as if it’s a new invention. On top of that, they did not bother to credit myself and fellow photographer Francisco Reyes of mamboso.net for the use of our photos in their photo montage of DJ Dwells. Those images of DJ Dwells were taken during the 2014 DMC NYC Regional and US Finals, none of which were mentioned.
Moral of the Story:
I guess they forgot that the photos don’t take themselves!
I’ve been working on this site for while, mostly finding the right the template theme and plug-ins. Though its it not perfect, its close to what I envision till I can make it better. As you may have noticed I temporary close my Fabebook photo page (facebook.com/photosbyignaciosoltero). In the meantime, I will be re-posting most my photo albums here. So bear with me as I work on reorganizing and uploading these older albums. Considering I had close to over two hundred albums on my facebook page and more in another un-tied FB account.
Thank you for your support,
